Accredited by the National Institute for Jewish Hospice, Circle of Caring at Hospice of the Good Shepherd (HGS) is a non-profit, non-sectarian, community based home care hospice agency. With Rabbi Herman Blumberg on staff, the Hospice Spiritual Care program supports people of all faiths and backgrounds.

Krug Zaboty, the Russian Program at HGS provides culturally competent end-of-life care to the Russian-speaking community of Greater Boston. Staffed with Russian speaking expert personnel including a Nurse Case Manager, Social Worker, and Home Health Aides, Krug Zaboty addresses the medical, physical, social, emotional and cultural needs of Russian clients with life-limiting illnesses while providing support to their families and loved ones.

Life Choice Hospice offers comfort care near end-of-life to individuals and their families wherever they are: at home, in a nursing home or in an assisted living community. We serve the Greater Boston area, west to Framingham, north through Merrimack Valley, south through Attleboro and Cape Cod.  The Connections program offers support to those who do not yet qualify for hospice services.  Tapestries specializes in end-stage dementia and family support. Parmenter's Wayside Hospice offers services in Middlesex County, including the Acton, Bedford, and Carlisle region. Wayside offers a residential in-patient setting called Miriam Boyd Pavilion, located on the campus of Traditions of Wayland.  A traditional in-home service and bereavement program are also available for families and clients. Wayside has been accredited by the National Institute of Jewish Hospices, which helps the staff serve their Jewish clients.
